  A: We normally complete the repair and return ship within 24 hours of receipt.
• Q: What is the turn-around time on recovering a print head.
  A: Most heads are completed within 3 business days from receipt.
• Q: Can you unclogged my print head?
  A: Provided the head is not physically damaged and has been properly removed from the printer just before shipment to us, we can normally bring it back to working condition.
